Now that your administration is no longer defending the Constitutionality of DOMA, may I suggest a new course of action for AG Holder. If, as the news reports say, there really is a tape of Roger Ailes suborning perjury by Judith Regan, you need to get an indictment as soon as possible. Not only could AG Holder actually win such a case, but if you can damage Roger Ailes you will remove a major obstacle to your re-election. And it would be of far greater value to this country to spend money prosecuting Roger Ailes than prosecuting your shitty little war in Afghanistan.
