It has been revealed that J P Morgan Chase has been acting in violation of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act and foreclosing on the homes of serving military. Mr President, this is no accident. There is not a bank employee in this country working with mortgages that is not aware of that law. And JPM's persistence in their violations when they were informed of it should be taken as proof of their willful violation of the law. Why haven't you revoked their banking charter? The size of the bank does not legitimize criminal behavior.
If you won't revoke the charter of a rogue bank then you must end your shitty little war in Afghanistan so the troops can defend their homes against a predatory lender.
