I have seen reports that you and your minions are in discussion to get permanent bases in Afghanistan. This is insane! If we are unable to help the poorest elements of our society heat their homes in the winter, how, in the name of all that is holy, can we afford to maintain an empire?
Restore the budget cuts to LIHEAP and end your shitty little war now! Bring all the troops home. We have our own country to police and rebuild.
