The Koch Brothers spokesman has declared that his masters will continue to spend $Millions to take down our country. It strikes me that they and their industrial base would be the perfect target for a massive IRS audit. It would not matter if you piss them off as they will never be on your side, even if you were revealed as the second coming of Christ. There is a very real possibility of recovering hundreds of $Millions.
If you don't want to do that, you could declare an immediate end to your shitty little war in Afghanistan. That would save $Billions.
