Your predecessor inherited a budget surplus and managed, through two massive tax cuts for rich people like yourself and two useless, unfunded shitty little wars, turn it into a huge deficit and leave it to you to fix.
Now you need to find big money, fast, to save all the federal program that voters want. You already screwed the pooch on tax cuts and that leaves you only one other choice. Declare an end to your shitty little wars in Afghanistan, bring the troops home now and use the appropriations for what America wants and to hell with the Koch Brothers and Mellon-Scaife.
