I was reading the news about another soldier who had his home stolen by a foreign bank while serving in Iraq. He was not the only soldier abused by banks that violated the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act. You need to have the Dept of Justice prosecute these banks to the fullest and assist the soldiers in recovering their property. And why aren't the various bank regulators conducting detailed examinations of obviously poorly run organizations?
Obviously the best way to end this lawless behavior is to end your shitty little war in Afghanistan and bring all the troops home.
